PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING USER AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY STATEMENT BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE “SOFTWARE”. THE USE OF THIS “SOFTWARE” IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. “ACQUIRENIC” RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THIS USER AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO YOU THE USER. FROM THIS POINT THERETO; ANY AND ALL REFERENCES TO “ACQUIRENIC”,“Search For It” AND “SOFTWARE” YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WORDS “ACQUIRENIC” RELATE TO THE ENTITY AND PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED TO “ACQUIRENIC” CORP.
User Agreement
You agree by installing this “Software”; (1) that your are not a minor and are at least 13 years old (2) acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (3) that you have read this license, and upon installing the “Software” hereby agree to its terms and conditions, privacy policy and user agreement (4) that the “Software” is the property of “ACQUIRENIC” (5) that the “Software” installed is an agreed acknowledgement to the “Software” technology and that any time it may be enhanced or changed with notification to you and without amendment to these terms and conditions (6) you agree to accept to have our toolbar loaded into your browser.
To the fullest extent of the law, “ACQUIRENIC” may not be held liable for any damages arising from user misconduct, inoperability, viruses, bugs, defects, damages to users software and/or computer, performance delays, computer failure, security breaches and all other damages and losses arising from the “Software”, installation of the “Software”, use of the “Software”, and uninstall of the “Software”. Users use the “Software” “AT THEIR OWN RISK”.
Terms and Conditions
1. User Conduct
As a user you agree to (1) not hack, spam, distribute, post, display, or offer any of the “Software” or its components. The “Software” is proprietary and we reserve all rights to distribution. You may not at anytime, (2) display, post, hack, amend, remove components, or duplicate the “Software” in any format. Any unlawful distribution, hacking, spamming, violent acts will be fully investigated, and can be subject to charges. You as a user agree to not to post, publish upload anything that would cause harm or discomfort; racist remarks, stalking, harassment, embarrassment, defamation, causes to unlawful activity, civil unrest, or any other damages or defamatory natures, on any other user or entity. You also agree to not interfere or restrict other users or entities experience with our “Software”.
2. User Security
“ACQUIRENIC”is released from all breach of security liability. Albeit; hacking, spamming, eavesdropping, spying, stalking, harassment, defamatory acts, and any other breaches of security. As a user it is important to know not all information is 100% secure on the Internet DO NOT SEND PASSWORDS, ACCOUNT NUMBERS, OR ANY PROPRIETARY INFORMATION OVER THE “ACQUIRENIC” “SOFTWARE”.
3. User World Wide Web Access Service and Fee’s
“ACQUIRENIC” is not liable for your World Wide Web Access and/or Fees. You as the user have sole responsibility for providing the service and access to the world wide web, and are responsible for any fees associated with service and access to the world wide web.
Functionality:
The “ACQUIRENIC” “Software” is a highly intelligent toolbar and will continue to function until you uninstall the “Software”.
Liability Disclaimer
“ACQUIRENIC”, or its holders, owners, and personal interest parties are hereby released of any and all liability of privacy infringement, loss of profits due to interference, property loss, personal, and civil damages. Since 100% of the Internet, “ACQUIRENIC” can not guarantee you are protected or secure, the release of such liability from hacking, spamming, interference, spying, eavesdropping is released along with any and all other forms of damage and/or privacy infringement.
1. Warranty of “Software”
Also it is agreed that the “Software” is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without warranty or liability. “ACQUIRENIC”, or it’s holders, owners, and personal interest parties are hereby released of any and all said liability for destructive devices or programs, “ACQUIRENIC” does not warrant or guarantee the service will be free of infective devices, bug, or any of the foregoing natures; INOPERABILITY, INTEROPERABILITY, HACKING, INSECURITY, TAPPING, EAVESDROPPING, COMPUTER DESTRUCTION, DEFECT, VIRUS, BUGS, TROJAN HORSES, SPYING, DELETION, DEFECTS, OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS DESTRUCTIVE TO HARMFUL TO THE COMPUTER OR THE PROGRAMS.
2. Warranty of Content
CONTENT PROVIDED BY “ACQUIRENIC”, DOES NOT GUARANTEE, WARRANT OR ENSURE THAT(1)THE CONTENT FROM WEB SITES VISITED, OR ANY OTHER CONTENT WILL BE WITHOUT ADULT OR DEFAMATORY MATERIALS, OR ANY OTHER CONTENT WHICH SOME MAY DEEM AS OBJECTIONABLE OR INAPPRORPIATE. (2) SOFTWARE OR OTHER INFORMATION PROGRAMS, OR CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE IS NOT CONTAMINATED, (4) CONTENT OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED, PURCHASED OR SOLD FROM ANY OF THE “ACQUIRENIC” IS WITHOUT DEFECTS, CONTAMINATION, VIRUSES, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL BE CORRECTED.
3. Liability Limitations
IN NO CASE WILL “ACQUIRENIC”, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, DISTRIBUTORS, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY (i) FOR ANY INDIRECT, DIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SUBSEQUENTIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE), OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE AVAILABILITY, USE, RELIANCE ON, OR INABILITY TO USE THE “SOFTWARE”, SERVICE, VARIOUS DIRECTORIES AND LISTINGS OR ANY OTHER SOFTWARE OR OTHER CONTENT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF Search For It HAS KNOWLEDGE TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, FOR ANY. IN NO EVENT SHALL “ACQUIRENIC” BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE POSSIBLITY OR RESULT OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT or INDIRECT OR PAY ANY SAID LIABILITY CHARGES.

“ACQUIRENIC”“Search For It” “Software”, intellectual property, and trademark secrets are proprietary, and is under registration and patent pending trademark. “ACQUIRENIC” reserves all rights to the “Software”, the development, distribution, reproduction and enhancement of the “Software”. (1) You may not, reproduce, upload, hack, post, publish, transmit or display any of the “Software”, or its components or code. (2) You may not reproduce, upload, hack, post, publish, transmit or display any of the service provided by the “Software”, or derivative works with respect thereto, as the Service is copyrighted and under copyright laws and could be covered under more than one patents pending. Failure to comply will result in legal action to the full extent of the law.
Privacy Statement
You agree that the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, shall govern this Terms and Conditions Agreement. Please note that your use of the “Software” and it’s installation as well as the Service may be subject to other local, state, national, and international laws.
